Joseph G. Tolley Jr. Passed away July 3rd 2017. Devoted husband of Barbara (nee Hall). Loving father of Deborah Osgood (Roger) and Richard (Gail); Grandfather of Alex (Jennifer), Samantha and Mark. Great-grandfather of Liam, Maxwell and Owen. Joe served in the Korean War, was a 42 year employee of Household Finance and played golf every opportunity he could.
