Cynthia Carter passed away November 18th 2020; Devoted mother of Shawn Wright and Heaven Wright; Loving sister of Candice Wright, Danielle Wright, Kenneth Wright, Thomas Harwell, Raymond Harwell, and Reginald Harwell; Aunt to Pamela Bridges. A celebration of life service will be held on November 28th at B-Stone 26191 Euclid Ave from 3-7pm.
