Dennis Boyle

Dennis J. Boyle of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully with his wife and a dear friend at his side in Cleveland, Ohio on January 30, 2020.  He received the ultimate gift of life via a donor lung in 2016 and was very grateful and thankful to God and the donor and their family to be able to breathe again.  We were truly blessed to receive 3 1/2 years of easy breathing.

Denny was preceded in death by his mother Rosemary, son Josh, niece Ashley, aunts, uncle, father-in-law and cousins-in-law.  He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Linda, daughters Jeana (Will) Paez and Jody Boyle, granddaughter Maggie, stepson Jason Pietras, brother Mike (Anne) Boyle, numerous cousins and nephew and family, mother-in-law and brother-in-law.

He served in the U.S. Navy for which he was proud of but had to leave before his term was up due to his mother being ill, receiving an honorable discharge.  Prior to that, he was very proud of a local band he and friends formed, The Rogues.  They became very popular and even opened for a few bands.  He loved golfing and fishing prior to becoming ill.
