James L Gobble

A memorial service will be held for James Larue Gobble age 62 of Euclid on Friday November 3, 2023 at the Chester Christian Center 11815 Chillicothe Rd Chesterland OH. 44026. Mr Gobble died October 18, 2023 at his home after a brief battle with cancer. James was born on April 25,1961 in Painesville OH. and graduated form Riverside High School in 1979 and was a MVP in wresting and was the only freshman on the varsity football team. Larue as most people called him, enjoyed his family, fishing, boating, hunting and music and as a skilled guitar player.He was a award winning chef and was a honory member of the Western Reserve Yacht Club. Larue also had the love for Jesus our Lord and Savior.

James was the beloved husband of Pamela (nee Kacperski) dear father of Caleb (Kimberly), Amanda Burnheimer, Beth (Chad) Carmona and Ashley (Trey) Steele. Grandfather of Jeremy, Sadie, Zachary, Madeline, Amelia, Hudson and Layla. Brother of Emily (Peter) Burke and Jessica Gobble. He will be missed by all his nieces, nephews, and all his many friends. He also leaves behind his dog Buster. James was preceded in death by his parents James H. and Barbara (nee Catron) Gobble, son James Russell and brother Bernard.
