Richard A. Simms age 75, passed away January 28th 2020; Beloved husband of Lori (nee Roberts); loving father of Justin Simms, Bronwyn Simms (Noah Rosenthal); grandfather of Willow and Asa. Preceded in death by his brother Larry Simms, and sisters Patricia Schneider and Yolande Seagle. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
