Ronald Webb Obituary

Ronald Webb (affectionally known as Ronnie) died peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, March 8, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 68.
Ronnie was born on May 3, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to Anna Pearl E. Webb & Jessie Webb, Jr. He married Annie Pearl George on February 5,1972. Together they raised eight children. He is survived by his Wife of 48 years, Annie Pearl Webb, Sister Sharon Harris who resides in Detroit, Michigan; his Children Monique George-Banks, Michael Webb, Rosalind George-Jacobs, Christine Yarboro, Yolonda Webb, Marilyn Webb, LaRhonda Webb, and Myson Webb; thirteen Grandchildren; two Great Grandchildren, who all reside in Cleveland, Ohio and his Nephew D’andre Harris of Chicago, Illinois. He is preceded in death by his Mother Anna Pearl E. Webb, Father Jessie Webb, Jr., and Sister Marilyn George.
Ronnie retired from University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2015 after working there for over 20 years.  He will be remembered by his grandchildren as a wonderful grandfather, who desired to see them be kind, successful, contributing members of society, who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Ronnie was a very intelligent man, who was a voracious reader who knew the Bible front to back and could have an intelligent conversation about almost any subject. He was a hard worker and the type of man who lived life the way he wanted and made no apologies about it. He could be kind, fun, funny, and surly; however, he was always true to himself. He holds some responsibility in his children lives of having the strength to deal with whatever comes in life one way or the other and for that we thank him. So, let us use this time to celebrate his life and reflect on our time with him. A Memorial service will be held on March 14th 2020 at 3:00pm in the party room of the Grand View Apartments located at 1939 Green Rd Cleveland OH. 44121
